Yes, if your shower has a hose. It screws onto any standard 1/2" hose connector (the US standard) by hand — no tools. The full kit also includes its own hose and wall holder.
When the cartridge looks clearly brown, usually every 4–8 weeks depending on your water. Twist the handle open, swap the cartridge, done in 30 seconds. Five spares come with the full kit.
